Agnes Monica Carrier
Agnes Monica first appeared on television at the age of 6 as the host of
a children's television program similar to Americas popular Mickey Mouse
Club.
She also started singing during that time. However her first
Album was not a big hit because at that time children didn’t buy
many tapes.
Just 12 years old Agnes Monica started an acting carrier with
her first appearance in the soap opera “Lupus Milenia”. Although
not a big success lots of other offers for Indonesian sinetron
followed. Her breakthrough came with her playing a leading role
in the popular sinetron “Pernikahan Dini” in 2001.
In 2003 she also had
her first big success as a singer with the release of her second album
"And The Story Goes...". Her newest album "Whaddup A...!" got released
in 2005 and was also an instant success.
Agnes Monica is a
regular visitor to Seminyak or Legian area in Bali and likes to spend
her free time in villas and hotels there.
